Take the New York State Thruway (I-90) to Exit 45 (I-490-Rochester). Take I-490 West to Exit 14 (Broad St., Plymouth Ave.). At second traffic light, turn right on West Main Street. We are located in the City Place building, 50 West Main Street, Suite 8112 (corner of N. Fitzhugh St). The nearest parking garage is the Sister Cities garage on N. Fitzhugh St. 

●  From the West:

Go straight through the first traffic light (Church St.). Turn left at next traffic light onto West Main Street. ●  From the Southern Tier:

Take I-390 North to I-590 North to I-490 West to Downtown Rochester. Take Exit 14 (Broad St., Plymouth Ave.). At second traffic light, turn right on West Main Street. ●  From the Greater Rochester International Airport:

Take I-390 North to I-490 East to Downtown Rochester. Take Exit 13 (Plymouth Ave.). At first traffic light turn right on Plymouth Avenue.  Go straight through the first traffic light (Church St.).
