In 2000, at the request of the New York State Department of Transportation, GTC and the Genesee-Finger Lakes Regional Planning Council (GFLRPC) produced a short informational video on access management, Access Management: A New Response.  This video is geared toward persons who are not transportation professionals, such as community leaders, planning board members, businesspersons, or citizens who are interested in finding out more about access management.  A brief informational handbook about access management accompanies the video, providing more detail about specific access management strategies, including example graphics.
